If you want to use ZenDesk for ticket management, you will need to carry out the steps below. These steps will not be required if you are using Mambu Tasks or are posting tasks to another service using webhooks.

  1. Create a ZenDesk account. Configure the account.
  2. Login into ZenDesk with the account created.
  3. Generate API Token

  • Copy the token and paste it somewhere secure. Once this window is closed, the full token will never be displayed again. Click Save to return to the API page. A truncated version of the token is displayed:

  1. Get the Group ID
    Manage Group Group ID
